Manicure Bar Policies & Procedures Tardiness Please make sure you are prompt and on time. Being late can derail the rest of my bookings for the day. But rest assured there’s a 15min grace period, after that you will need to reschedule no exceptions. All clients are charged the same price no matter their age (5yrs to Adult). Late Cancellations & No-Shows Any late cancellations will occur a $20 cancellation fee. Please allow (24 to 48 hours before )your scheduled service to (cancel or reschedule) your appointment. No shows will occur a 100% service fee and must be paid in full prior to rescheduling the next appointment. There are situations and circumstances where we waive this particular policy, but they’re rare and have to be valid reasons. If you have a Cold/Flu or Covid Symptoms, please cancel & reschedule (with no fees). Payments, Gratuity, & Refunds ‼️PLEASE READ CAREFULLY‼️ TIPS ARE ONLY BY CASH/ZELLE/CASH APP All payments are accepted preferably by Zelle or Cash. When paying by credit cards (VISA/MASTERCARD ONLY) there will be a ($3.00 surcharge added to final bill ) No Exceptions. No guest unless getting service (Ages 5 to Adult) No pets no exceptions. Repairs * Please bring any issues to my attention within 2 days of your last service to be repaired at no cost.
